We offer a 14-day return window. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@rinsemate.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. If a return is approved due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
