Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day cancellation period in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if you change your mind.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless faulty.

If a return is approved due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases, we will refund you or send a replacement, regardless of use.

Refunds
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that bank or credit card processing times may vary.
